Acerca del rol: El Associate Manager CMKT tiene la responsabilidad de planificar y ejecutar la estrategia FOCO (few organized clear objetives) en la categoría a su cargo, garantizando las métricas de market share y sustentabilidad financiera en todos los canales y clientes en México.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollo y Seguimiento de Planes FOCO, (plan promocional, plan de visibilidad, estrategia comercial). Es responsable del desarrollo de actividades tácticas para los diferentes Canales y Clientes Desarrollo y seguimiento al Lanzamiento de NPDs, definiendo la estrategia comercial en términos de plan promocional, plan de distribución y plan de comunicación Desarrollo de Campañas para Punto de Venta, donde incluye el Brief a agencias para la construcción 360 Responsable del Proceso de S&OP donde incluye el aseguramiento de Forecast para los códigos de Su categoría a través de la construcción de planes Comerciales Participación en Foros con cliente, entre ellos JBP, Presentaciones de Temporada Participación en Expos en con Cliente Seguimiento a la catalogación de Iniciativas Para Clubes de Precio (Clubs Packs), incluye recomendaciones financieras Seguimiento a la implementación de Special Packs para la categoría, incluye recomendaciones financieras Participación en la construcción del Plan Anual de SCJ, (IGP) Conocimiento profundo de todos los Canales Comerciales en Mexico (Autoservicios, Clubs, Mayoreo, Tradicional, Ecomm, Pharma, Nuevos Canales)Requerimientos del rol:
3 años en Areas Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing, Category Management o Ventas. Conocimiento de S&OP Process (forecasting) Conocimiento de Herramientas de Data de Mercado; Nielsen, ISCAM, Kantar. Conocimientos Financieros para construcción y Lectura de P&L Excel avanzado y Power Point Avanzado Ingles Avanzado Oral & Escrito Universidad, Postgrado preferentemente, áreas económico-administrativas, Marketing, Administración, ingeniería Industrial y Afines Cursos Adicionales en MarketingExperiencia preferida y habilidades:
Capacidad de Negociación Capacidad avanzada de comunicación Trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios Trabajo bajo presión Manejo de EquiposRequerimientos del trabajo:
