¿Qué harás como Graphics Services Manager?

Tu objetivo como Graphics Manager en SEE, será dirigir de manera efectiva la dirección general y la operación de alto nivel de las operaciones gráficas en México. Liderarás los esfuerzos de mejora continua y automatización del flujo de trabajo dentro del departamento para garantizar que se cumplan las expectativas de tiempo de espera y calidad del cliente y la cadena de suministro. Asimismo, construirás y mantendrás las relaciones laborales sólidas con socios internos de la cadena de suministro y proveedores externos de gráficos para el beneficio del negocio de SEE.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?

• Proporcionar dirección de alto nivel e iniciativas que mejoren progresivamente la calidad y productividad mientras se optimiza el flujo de trabajo gráfico. 25%
• Establecer planes de coaching y desarrollo a largo plazo para los asociados y participar activamente en su desarrollo para prepararlos para roles más importantes dentro de SEE. Establecer y administrar programas para mejorar y mantener la moral de los empleados y las relaciones laborales. 25%
• Liderar los esfuerzos de mejora continua del departamento utilizando Lean Six Sigma y métodos de gestión de proyectos para mejorar la calidad y eficiencia general del departamento. 20%
• Establecer y mantener métricas sobre cada reporte directo para analizar y utilizar para determinar las necesidades de capacitación y/o oportunidades de desarrollo. 10%
• Ser un miembro activo del Equipo de Liderazgo Gráfico representando las necesidades e intereses del departamento de Gráficos en México. 10%
• Apoyar los esfuerzos para estandarizar procedimientos, sistemas y procesos para reducir el tiempo de espera para la programación eficiente de la carga de pedidos en toda la red de impresión. 10%

¿Qué habilidades necesitas para tener éxito?
  • Experiencia no solo en la digitalización de proyectos, sino también en el proceso de impresión en diferentes materiales.
  • Capacidad y experiencia para supervisar, entrenar y motivar a su equipo.
  • Inglés avanzado conversacional.
  • Liderar mejoras en procesos e implementaciones de gestión del cambio utilizando herramientas y métodos Lean avanzados.
  • Preferiblemente con certificación en Manufactura Lean o Lean Six Sigma.
  • Se prefiere tener comprensión de impresión digital, impresión flexográfica y flujo de trabajo gráfico. Por ejemplo, un dominio aceptable en gestión del color y la impresión EPSON.
  • Fuertes habilidades informáticas en MS Office Suite y aplicaciones gráficas principales. Suite de Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop).
