Talent Acquisition Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas de adquisición de talento para atraer y reclutar a los mejores candidatos para la organización. Colaborar con los líderes de la empresa para comprender las necesidades de contratación y establecer perfiles de candidatos ideales. Utilizar diversas fuentes de reclutamiento, como redes sociales, sitios web de empleo, ferias de empleo y contactos profesionales, para identificar y atraer a candidatos calificados. Realizar entrevistas y evaluar a los candidatos para determinar su idoneidad para los puestos vacantes. Coordinar y participar en eventos de reclutamiento, como ferias de empleo y presentaciones en universidades, para promover la marca empleadora y atraer a talentos potenciales. Mantener una base de datos actualizada de candidatos y utilizar sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos para gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento de manera eficiente. Colaborar con el equipo de recursos humanos para llevar a cabo procesos de selección justos y transparentes, garantizando la igualdad de oportunidades para todos los candidatos. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias y mejores prácticas en el campo de la adquisición de talento y proponer mejoras en los procesos de reclutamiento de la organización. Supervisar y capacitar a un equipo de reclutadores, brindando orientación y apoyo en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de contratación.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experiencia previa en reclutamiento y adquisición de talento, preferiblemente en un rol de liderazgo. Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas de reclutamiento y selección. Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones efectivas con candidatos y líderes de la empresa. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y gestionar múltiples proyectos de reclutamiento al mismo tiempo. Orientación a resultados y capacidad para cumplir con los objetivos de contratación establecidos. Conocimiento de herramientas y tecnologías de reclutamiento, como sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos y plataformas de reclutamiento en línea. Licenciatura en recursos humanos, psicología o un campo relacionado (deseable, pero no obligatorio).
