Todos los días, nos levantamos al desafío de hacer una diferencia y así es como el papel Customer Service & Resolution coordinator tendrá un impacto:

Las responsabilidades clave para esta función incluyen:

Ser vínculo con el partner de la conciliación de piezas del programa de pacientes del partner

Hacer cálculos de Nota de Credito y comunicación al KAM para confirmación al cliente

Seguimiento gestión notas de crédito relacionadas al portafolio de “alianzas” con los clientes y equipo comercial Ser vínculo con Shared Service para seguimiento de AR (Accounts receivable) y AP (Account payable) catalogo “Alianzas”

Seguimiento con área comercial y abasto del forecast compra – demanda del Catalogo “Alianzas”

Seguimiento compras internas en unidades Viatris-Partner para conciliación de Notas de crédito generades del partner hacia Viatris

Seguimiento notas de crédito partner relacionadas a programa a paciente

Contacto con Marketing para conciliación de muestras médicas y seguimiento a gestión de nota de crédito por las mismas

Comunicación con finanzas sobre conciliaciones con el partner para asegurar impacto en estados financieros

Las calificaciones mínimas para este rol son:

Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería industrial o afines

Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint

Conocimiento básico en Order to cash en SAP o algún ERP

Experiencia en cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar

Finanzas básicas de ventas

Experiencia en Planeación de ventas

Experiencia en áreas de resolución y Servicio al cliente

Desarrollo de redes de colaboración

Comunicación y escucha asertiva

Enfoque en el cliente

Orientado a resultados

Auto aprendizaje

Responsabilidad

Agilidad al cambio

Resiliencia

Capacidad de análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo
