Responsabilidades:
- Revisar y analizar de manera exhaustiva la información de ventas y métricas.
- Generar reportes detallados para mejorar la efectividad y eficiencia de las operaciones de ventas.
- Automatizar procesos para facilitar la generación de métricas clave.
- Monitorear continuamente la plataforma de transacciones para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento y optimización.
Requisitos:
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración o carrera afín (pasante o titulado).
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años, con enfoque en análisis de ventas y métricas.
- Capacidad para actuar como un auditor de la información, asegurando precisión y consistencia.
- Conocimiento profundo en métricas como volumen de clientes, ventas por cliente, contactos efectivos, calificación de leads, etapas del CRM y procesos de ventas.
