  1. Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar la estrategia de gestión de riesgos de la empresa.
  2. Supervisar todas las funciones de riesgo, incluyendo el riesgo operativo, financiero, de crédito, de mercado, de negocio y tecnológico.
  3. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los líderes de las distintas unidades de negocio para identificar, evaluar y mitigar los riesgos en todas las operaciones de la empresa.
  4. Informar regularmente al Comité Ejecutivo y al Consejo de Administración sobre el perfil de riesgo de la empresa y los cambios significativos en el mismo.
  5. Asegurar la adhesión a las regulaciones y normativas pertinentes y mantenerse al tanto de los cambios en el entorno regulatorio.
  6. Desarrollar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de riesgo, asegurando que estén alineados con las mejores prácticas de la industria.
  7. Proporcionar liderazgo y dirección al equipo de gestión de riesgos, promoviendo una cultura de gestión de riesgos en toda la organización.


Requisitos:

1. Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas o campo

relacionado. Un posgrado o certificación profesional en Gestión de Riesgos sería

una ventaja.

2. Al menos 10 años de experiencia en gestión de riesgos, con un enfoque en las

verticales de riesgo operativo, financiero, de negocio y tecnológico.

3. Experiencia en fintech, startups de tecnología de vanguardia o bancos es esencial.

4. Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones y normativas de la industria financiera.

5. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión, con la capacidad de trabajar

eficazmente a todos los niveles de la organización.

6. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con la capacidad de explicar conceptos de riesgo complejos a una variedad de audiencias.

7. Bilingüe en español e inglés.
