Buscamos una persona con una base estratégica, analítica y operativa sólida que nos apoye a fortalecer nuestra operación digital y delivery en México. Para realizar las siguientes actividades:

  1. Descubrir oportunidades constantemente para mejorar los procesos y flujos de trabajo en la operación de logística de última milla mediante la identificación de áreas de ineficiencia.
  2. Desarrollar reportes que proporcionen una visualización clara de los indicadores claves de desempeño para la toma de decisón.
  3. Detectar patrones y tendencias en los datos, anticipando posibles desafíos y oportunidades para mejorar la red y la calidad del servicio a los clientes externos e internos.
  4. Colaborar con los diferentes equipos y áreas para resolver problemas operativos que pongan en riesgo nuestro servicio de entrega siendo el vínculo que permita el correcto flujo de comunicación.
  5. Negociación con proveedores de transporte permitiendo tener opciones de envio que complemente la flotilla interna para garantizar una experiencia de primer nivel a nuestros usuarios. 




Requisitos:
  • Profesional en Administración, Negocios o carreras afines.  
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia laboral.
  • Mentalidad enfocada al análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
  • Excel Intermedio-Avanzado.
