Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, or a related field (Master's degree in the area is a plus).
  • 1-3 years of verifiable work experience as a Ground Freight Logistics Sales Specialist, Account Specialist, Key Account Specialist, Sales Development Representative, etc. (commercial experience in logistics is a must).
  • Advanced conversational and written English (a must).
  • Experience working with customers and a solid understanding of ground freight market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Leadership and management skills, as well as results orientation.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities for the business.
  • Lead regular meetings with potential customers and close deals.
  • Achieve the established sales plan and monthly goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers in the overland sector.
  • Regular communication with the Pricing and Operations departments to stay updated on the status of the loads.


Working conditions:


  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:50 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Base salary + bonuses

  • Working area: Angelópolis / Vía San Ángel
