Sales & Business Development Manager

Después de cerrar una ronda seed de 5.5 millones de USD en julio de 2024, Aviva está buscando una Sales & Business Development Manager para desarrollar alianzas de distribución de productos financieros con las mayores cadenas de comercio minorista en México. Tendrás a tu cargo la comercialización de nuestro producto de "embedded finance", que es una solución ganadora de financiamiento para compras de bienes duraderos.
Para nuestro segmento – clientes desatendidos que no tienen una tarjeta de crédito – creamos el producto más económico a del mercado. En lugar de pagar el doble por, por ejemplo, un refrigerador financiado con las ofertas tradicionales, los clientes pueden reducir su costo de financiamiento al 20 % del precio original usando el crédito de Aviva.
Hoy estamos colaborando con uno de los 3 principales minoristas en nuestro segmento. Completamos exitosamente la fase piloto y estamos buscando a ti para llevar la alianza a escala nacional.
Responsabilidades
- Ser responsable de los objetivos comerciales de alianzas y reportar directamente a nuestro cofundador y Chief Growth Officer.
- Actuar como líder directo del equipo de promotores que impulsa la venta de financiamientos en las tiendas de nuestros aliados.
- Visitar regularmente nuestros puntos de venta para supervisar el rendimiento de ventas en el campo.
- Ser el primer contacto del corporativo de nuestros aliados en temas relacionados con metas comerciales y la operación de nuestra fuerza de ventas.
- Identificar oportunidades de ventas y marketing dentro de la alianza y liderar su ejecución hacia el éxito.
Requisitos:
- Más de 4 años de experiencia gestionando equipos de ventas
- Experiencia con el desarrollo de alianzas de distribución
- Excelente gestor de personas con la capacidad de realizar el potencial completo de equipos de ventas .
- Mentalidad orientada al cliente y enfocada en el impacto en su vida.
- Familiarizado con los CRM contemporáneos y otras herramientas de ventas de última generación.
- Las necesidades de viaje pueden variar entre 3 y 5 días por semana, con un promedio probable de 3-4 días por semana. Viajes iniciales serán en el estado de Hidalgo.
