WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws
  • Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top technical talent

YOU HAVE:

  • Academic background in business, human resources, or related field preferred
  • Ideally 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably working in the manufacturing or industrial space
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English is required
  • Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
  • Ability to work 100% remotely from Mexico
