Como Senior Manager, usted participa en la entrega de compromisos con los clientes para lograr un impacto duradero. Contribuirá significativamente a impulsar la ejecución de las actividades del contrato, apoyará para construir el equipo y las relaciones con los clientes, para una entrega de alto rendimiento.

Experiencia gerencial relevante en una empresa de consultoría o puesto similar en la industria;Experiencia en venta de servicios intangibles, productos de consultoría;Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar ampliamente con clientes en todos los niveles;Enfoque orientado a resultados y pasión por la mejora continua;Es deseable experiencia previa en programas de excelencia operativa (OPEX) o gestión de riesgos operativos (ORM) en clientes industriales;La certificación en gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, PMP) será una ventaja;Licenciatura en ingeniería o equivalente y MBA;Fluidez en inglés hablado y escrito.-
