Descripción de la vacante
- Como Ejecutivo Comercial Senior de Licitaciones serás responsable de ejecutar los planes de ventas regionales, llevar las principales cuentas en tu región y expandirlas; ayudar a tu equipo a ejecutar y llegar a las metas comerciales y a los KPI's Propuestos.
- Conocimiento de la industria: Mantiene el conocimiento de las tendencias económicas, de atención médica y de la industria y su impacto en los planes comerciales del negocio a corto y largo plazo, ajustando los planes según sea necesario para reflejar las condiciones del mercado
- Gestión Empresarial: Identifica nuevas oportunidades de negocio y cuentas. Apoya el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias y actividades de ventas.
- Creación y mantenimiento de relaciones: apoya el mantenimiento del contacto con cuentas importantes y relaciones clave que buscan aprovechar proyectos comerciales rentables enfocados en el mercado público a través de licitaciones
- Identificación de oportunidades: Deberás ser responsable del crecimiento y visibilidad de las líneas a cargo, garantizando una correcta distribución, forecast, negociación y compliance en cada uno de los procesos a llevar con clientes del sector público y privado.
Perfil del candidato
Deberás contar con:
* Base en la Ciudad de Guadalajara. JAL
* 3 años de experiencia en áreas cargos como Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Gerencias Comerciales Relacionadas a la industria farmacéutica o de Medical Devices
* estudios superiores en Administrador de Empresas, Informática Administrativa, Negocios Internacionales, Derecho o afines. (Título y cédula requeridos)
* Experiencia como líder de equipos de alto desempeño, liderazgo remoto
* Facilidad para viajar al menos el 40% del tiempo: A nivel nacional.
* Buena presencia/presentación
* Comprensión del Ecosistema de Salud para la generación de valor.
* Inglés intermedio - avanzado
* Análisis de datos manejando Microsoft Excel avanzado, Dominio Internet Explorer, Acces, Word, Outlook, Power Point
