Associate Hub: atención a drivers y clientes

¿Có mo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?

- Atender de forma amable, empática y eficiente a todas las personas que requieran asistencia en el HUB de atención presencial de Cabify y hacer seguimiento para comprobar la resolución de las mismas

- Identificar las necesidades de los conductores y posibles interesados en trabajar como conductores de Cabify y ayudarles a usar funciones específicas de la aplicación (chat, reservas, etc.)

- Dar de alta a los conductores, informar requisitos, gestionar documentación requerida. 

- Escalar casos de reclamación a los canales estipulados. 

- Detectar y analizar mejoras en los procesos.

- Registrar las atenciones según las tipificaciones de sistema y actualizar nuestras bases de datos internas con información sobre problemas técnicos y conversaciones útiles con clientes.

- Entrega de Beneficios y/o campañas de incentivos para adquisición de driver o diferentes líneas de negocio.

- Participar en el registro de acciones de calidad de servicio prestadas por los conductores. 

- Compartir solicitudes de funciones y soluciones alternativas eficaces con miembros del equipo.

- Informar de manera proactiva a los clientes sobre nuevas características y funcionalidades.

- Recopilar comentarios y opiniones de clientes y compartirlos con nuestros equipos de productos, ventas y marketing.

 - Autogestionar y priorizar las diferentes actividades del hub.

- Aprendizaje continuo de las actualizaciones de la app.

¿Qué buscamos?

 Experiencia en servicio al cliente presencial y on line, cross selling y ventas en sector financiero, telco o seguros. Excel básico Habilidad tecnológica (manejo de apps, configuraciones de smartphones, plataformas tecnológicas, etc.).

Deseables pero no excluyentes

Haber colaborado en una startup, ambientes tech o empresas de ride-hailing Haber manejado sistemas tales como Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace, Whatsapp Business.
