In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our top global bakery accounts. You will leverage your expertise in R&D and the bakery industry to become a trusted advisor to our main client, identifying their needs and challenges and developing customized solutions that drive their success.Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key global account.
- Partner with internal R&D teams to identify innovative ingredient solutions that meet the specific needs of your clients.
- Collaborate with client R&D teams to develop and launch new bakery products.
- Stay current on industry trends and consumer preferences, translating that knowledge into actionable insights for your clients.
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your client relationships and projects.
- Foster a collaborative environment that drives open communication and problem-solving with your clients.
- Travel to meet with client.
Perfil del candidato
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in R&D within the bakery industry.
- Proven experience in managing and developing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, product development processes, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally (as necessary).
- A collaborative and results-oriented work style.
- Fluency in English.
