R&D Senior Manager Global Bimbo Account
Misión
Responsable de la gama de productos de panificación en la categoría de productos. Actividades: Investigación, Desarrollo, Adaptación de productos y tecnologías, así como seguimiento de las reclamaciones, y asegurar el soporte técnico con los clientes industriales y supermercados.
Funciones
1. Maneja la innovación de productos para la categoría.
2. Gestión de desarrollo de nuevos productos en su rango
3. Soporte en desarrollos de clientes industriales y supermercados, identificación de oportunidades de nuevos negocios con el KAM.
4. Soporte en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
5. Soporte a producción en escalamiento de nuevos productos y seguimiento a problemas de calidad.
6. Administración técnica = especificaciones técnicas de productos.
7. Mantener formulación optima en desempeño / costo
8. Proveer soporte técnico y capacitación al equipo de ventas y marketing
Coordinar pruebas de panificación en el laboratorio Asegurar la confidencialidad de las formulas y protección del conocimiento, con respecto a las reglas del Grupo. Responsable de informar al personal con autoridad para aplicar medidas correctivas, sobre problemas de inocuidad alimentaria.Perfil del puesto
Ingeniería alimentos, QFB, LQA o afín. Ingles avanzado 5 a 10 años de experiencia en el ramo de alimentos, con manejo de proyectos y conocimiento técnico de fórmulas y tecnología Disponibilidad para visitas a clientes el 35 % del tiempo.-
