Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Key Account Manager para una importante empresa en México.

Las funciones principales serían:
1. Identificar, desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes clave de las empresas en el territorio mexicano.
2. Desarrollar una comprensión sólida de las soluciones de software como servicio (SaaS) y los recursos humanos para proporcionar soluciones efectivas a los clientes.
3. Supervisar la relación con los clientes clave a través de su ciclo de vida, asegurando una alta tasa de retención de clientes.
4. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos internos para garantizar que las necesidades y los objetivos de los clientes se satisfagan de manera efectiva.
5. Cumplir y exceder las metas de ventas y los objetivos de retención de clientes al impulsar la adopción y el uso a largo plazo de nuestros productos y servicios.

Requisitos1. Más de 3 años de experiencia en ventas o un papel similar, preferentemente en la industria de SaaS o HR Tech.
2. Capacidad demostrada para comunicarse, presentar e influir de manera efectiva en todos los niveles de la organización, incluidos los ejecutivos y los tomadores de decisiones C-level.
3. Experiencia en la entrega de soluciones basadas en las necesidades del cliente y en la construcción de relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.
4. Fuertes habilidades de negociación y resolución de problemas.
5. Fluidez en español e inglés.
