Job Title: Key Account Manager

Monster Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business in key accounts, including Walmart, Sam's, HEB, and Soriana.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to maximize sales and grow the energy drinks category
  • Manage trade spend and P&L budget to ensure profitability
  • Create initiatives to provide great customer shopping experiences through promotions and planogram execution
  • Manage sales reporting and KPIs to ensure business growth
  • Develop and execute promotional planning and evaluation
  • Coordinate and identify business opportunities through analysis of business indicators
  • Develop and coordinate POS implementation
  • Work with Marketing to leverage marketing assets
  • Ensure proper inventory management
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in related positions in the food and beverages industry
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Experience managing major national accounts
  • Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Expertise in beverage industry (alc or non-alc) in retail channels
