We are looking for a Junior Account Manager who will join our LATAM team. You will take care of new and existing clients and maintain long-term relationships with them.

Location: Mexico (100% remote)

Workload: full-time, permanent (B2B)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Provide superior customer support via email and telephone
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Take care of customer satisfaction by coming up with customer support content
  • Expansion of activities in sales and account managing in LATAM
  • Supporting and leading Marketing Activities
  • Supporting and leading Market Research Projects

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Social Listening Tools (preferably Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Social Studio, Radian6)
  • Passion for working with the customers and being able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-changing and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers over the phone directly and conducting presentations/trainings 
  • Excellent Spanish and English writing + spelling skills

  • Knowledge about invoices and taxes in MXN

  2. An interview with the Head of LATAM - you will talk about your experience and role fit. You will also have a chance to learn everything you want about work at SentiOne.
  3. A brief onboarding on our platform from our side. Afterward, we ask you to prepare a presentation for us.
  4. An online meeting with two LATAM team members to present a prepared presentation. 
  5. Welcome on board ;-)
