Job Description

Main Objective

The Staffing Specialist at Bosch is responsible of attract the right talent from the market, guaranteeing the selection of suitable personnel for the company in accordance with the area's requirement, in a timely manner, as well as ensuring adequate introduction of the new employee within the plant.

What challenges will you have?

Receive the personnel request, review the request for the corresponding authorization and ensure the capacity in HC to be able to raise a profile. Recruit Personnel through different recruitment sources (publication of vacancies on the intranet/Robert Bosch website, Head Hunter, online job boards, Universities, Institutes and associations, social networks). Attract human talent based on the profile of vacant positions. Maintain the confidentiality of the information obtained. Confirm with HRBPs from other locations for former Bosch associates. Deliver the information obtained from viable candidates to the requesting department and coordinate the interviews. Send response to non-selected candidates. Carry out the hiring of new employees: Make the economic proposal to the candidate. Request the necessary documentation for your hiring. Coordinate medical examination. Prepare the new employee's file and other procedures (Credential, PPE, computer equipment). Manage job descriptions, ensuring compliance through monitoring with HRBPs and HoD. Ensure legal compliance of indirect personnel files. Emotional salary: provide support to the benefits area in the strategy and implementation of emotional salary. Personnel Marketing: Promote Bosch as an employer of choice to universities and coordinate academic links. Perform and ensure compliance with KPIs for Staffing. Ensure continuous improvement of the talent attraction process.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Administration, Communications or related) From 2 to 4 years of experience in the Industry in Staffing or related. Advanced English level is a must.

Technical Knowledge

Relevant experience with corporate recruitment for mid, senior and upper senior vacancies, within automotive industry is a plus. Personnel Selection techniques as gamifications, assessment center, STAR methodology, interview by competences.  Employer branding mindset Strong Project Management skills and knowledge of project management standards / practices Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software Effective ability to query, compile, enter, track and maintain data and records management systems.

Experience in customer relationship management and re-engagement strategies is preferred. Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish, English. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Analytical skills and effective use of data to drive improvements. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Track record of influencing diversity and inclusion efforts.
