Estamos buscando un gerente de desarrollo de negocios motivado, proactivo y altamente colaborativo para unirse a nuestro equipo global de Desarrollo de Negocios y Marketing. El rol está diseñado para apoyar nuestra estrategia general de crecimiento, aumentar el reconocimiento de la marca y liderar los esfuerzos de desarrollo de negocios con enfoque en México y LATAM.


El candidato exitoso podrá adaptar estrategias y objetivos comerciales para el mercado LATAM con el fin de generar y nutrir oportunidades comerciales para la empresa. El candidato reportará al Director de Crecimiento y trabajará mano a mano con el Director de la empresa, así como con el equipo global de BD y marketing. El rol también está diseñado para apoyar comunicaciones de marketing, relaciones públicas y esfuerzos de propuestas en toda la empresa.


Rol y Responsabilidades

  • Participar en el desarrollo de estrategias de BD con enfoque en LATAM, incluyendo pero no limitado a: identificar mercados clave y clientes potenciales; objetivos de ingresos; estrategias de precios; pronósticos; y gestión de pipeline de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos en toda la empresa.
  • Elaborar y actualizar planes de desarrollo de negocios (corto y largo plazo).
  • Facilitar y analizar investigaciones de mercado según sea necesario.
  • Coordinar el desarrollo de presentaciones y folletos de desarrollo de negocios de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos por la empresa para la gestión de activos de marketing.
  • Desarrollar y coordinar propuestas de servicios; incluyendo la coordinación con nuestro equipo técnico y todos los subcontratistas (ingenieros, mercado, finanzas, etc.) para formar equipos completos y presentaciones en colaboración con el equipo de Propuestas.
  • Mantener información de contacto precisa y detalles de actividades de desarrollo de negocios para clientes, prospectos, consultores y socios dentro de Deltek según los procesos de la empresa.
  • Coordinar eventos y viajes de desarrollo de negocios.
  • Participar en reuniones de desarrollo de negocios.
  • Asistir a eventos de networking, conferencias u otras funciones para apoyar nuestros objetivos de desarrollo de negocios.
  • Participar en presentaciones y entrevistas con consultores relevantes según sea necesario.
  • Participar en reuniones de proyectos y visitas a sitios en MX según sea necesario.
  • Comprometerse y trabajar con consultores de relaciones públicas y/u otros proveedores de servicios de BD y marketing según sea necesario en colaboración con el equipo de marketing más grande.
  • Ayudar a desarrollar contenido de marketing incluyendo pero no limitado a descripciones de proyectos, biografías del equipo, artículos de liderazgo de pensamiento, publicaciones en redes sociales, etc.
  • Ayudar a traducir materiales similares producidos por el equipo de BD y marketing más grande según sea necesario (si es posible). Ayudar a coordinar fotografías de sitios de proyectos según sea necesario.
  • Ayudar en la estructuración e implementación de procesos administrativos en la oficina de la Ciudad de México.
  • Proporcionar apoyo y asesoramiento senior para proyectos en México.






Requisitos:

Calificaciones y Experiencia:

  • Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing, Gestión de Diseño y/o campo relacionado. 
  • Experiencia en Arquitectura, Arquitectura del Paisaje o Diseño Urbano es una ventaja. 
  • 8+ años de experiencia profesional idealmente dentro del sector de diseño urbano/arquitectura en México y/o LATAM.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, organización e interpersonales.
  • Con base en la Ciudad de México.
  • Debe ser bilingüe (inglés y español).
