Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role provides IT oversight, relationship management, and IT product management capability for technology solutions and services delivered to Corporate Tax business partners. It is a key and single point of contact for business partners in developing the technology strategy and roadmap, partnering with business on evaluation of new technology solutions and capabilities, gathering requirements and features for new solutions/capabilities, partnering with DevSecOps and other IT functions (, Enterprise, Security, CTO) to plan and prioritize projects/support, and serves as a point of escalation to help address critical service issues as needed.

As Tax IT Application Manager your scope would consist of:

The IT Lead for Corporate Tax will be responsible for partnering with the business to develop the strategy andimplement key solutions to support the business as well as ensuring stability of the systems and platformsneeded to support ongoing business operations. This business facing role will interact with all facets of IT, such as Enterprise Architecture, DevSecOps, Information Security, etc. Additional partnerships with IT finance, procurement, legal and 3rd Party vendor teams will be a must to ensure existing solutions are enhanced and maintained to ensure stable business support.  Qualifications

Competencies required:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher emphasizing Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or Finance Experience working in a finance function or an IT organization supporting finance Technical savvy and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver successful technology projects Experience working with IT managed services and/or business processing outsourcing environments Proven track record of effectively navigating diverse stakeholder groups with Previous experience with a tax application called VERTEX
