The Opportunity:

Under moderate supervision a Sr Associate Global Customer Pricing, responsible for the completion of tender and quotation requests. Complete and request contractors’ documents to complete bids as per local governments and customer requirements. Help reps specify the information, enter the quote into the system and work with rep to provide pricing to the customer in a professional manner meeting customer expectations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Academic: Bachelor’s degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field will be preferable) Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

CERTIFICATIONS:

Microsoft Office applications – Excel and MS office & Power BI

EXPERIENCE:

5 plus Years of Experience with similar job duties

THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and SharePoint, are an added advantage. Intermediate knowledge in MS access will be an added advantage. Ability to think analytically, critical thinking skills and quantitative skills. Support quality audits & Knowledge in ISO documentation. Ability to handle training. Diligence and a natural aptitude for numbers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen. Customer-centric and an Ambitious Person attitude. Manage time and priorities – set timelines, coordinate tasks for yourself and with others. Apply teamwork skills to a range of situations and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. Associates need to be eager to learn and consistently improve their knowledge. Ability to think creatively to advance innovation. Develops better, faster, or less expensive ways to do things. Open to other's ideas Customer focused and motivated to deliver value in every interaction. Quickly and effectively solves customer problems. Flexible to Work from Office/Hybrid Model of Work.

HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:

Extract pricing information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems. Responsible for Creating Customer Conditions in ERP systems, abiding to set policies and procedures. Scheduled & On Demand report preparation. Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format. Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information. Work on various process documentations when asked to (review, update, edit, translate) Focus to identify Root cause and bring in action plans for control. Rigorously identify the effect of root cause implemented and make changes if necessary.



ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)

Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.

Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
