Job Description

The Global PM is responsible for developing project plans, managing, and coordinating implementation of network service solutions that consist of various AT&T products of a highly complex nature for customers based outside and inside of United States.
As a Sr. Associate Customer Care Projects, you will:
Cooperate closely with international specialists within the company and with customers in US regions, also ensures project is meeting the expectations of the business by reviewing project deliverables. Lead and execute service delivery activities and associated responsibilities during the E2E project cycle, be accountable for the project delivery from contract signature up to first bill correctness. Support ordering and delivery of telecommunication access components with external vendors/telecoms through internal partner organizations Coordinate and support customer site activations and proactively follow up on open items (migration date negotiations, customer site readiness, on-site technicians) Update and maintain internal business systems used for project control, ordering and configuration management. Develop, track and report project management tasks and activities to supervisor and customers using industry accepted Project Management tools & reports such as MS Project & MS Excel Lead escalations for both internal and customer facing issues and support any troubleshooting. Lead and implement small process / tooling improvement initiatives.What you'll need:
Education: bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be bilingual, fluent in English comprehension, excellent oral and written communication. The candidate hired will be required to go into a local office. Project management methodology, techniques, and tools Previous direct customer interfacing experience Ability to lead project meetings and deliver customer facing presentations.
