Estamos buscando un profesional altamente calificado con experiencia en el sector de Retail Moda Internacional. Como Country Manager, tendrás la responsabilidad de liderar el desarrollo de nuestras operaciones comerciales de Wholesale, Retail y E-commerce en la región, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con oficina central para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa. 

Principales responsabilidades: 

Con base en México, dirigirás las operaciones comerciales locales y de la región de Centroamérica y el Caribe. Siendo responsable de identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y diseñar planes para alcanzarlos, garantizando el éxito integral. Dirigirás y serás responsable de expandir la cadena de tiendas propias y franquicias. Liderarás equipos multidisciplinarios en áreas clave como comercial, marketing, finanzas, recursos humanos y logística, desarrollando y reteniendo talento para garantizar el éxito de la empresa. Asegurarás que todas las operaciones cumplan con los estándares de calidad y servicio establecidos, incluyendo la gestión de la cadena de suministro, logística, distribución y atención al cliente. Establecerás relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes, socios y proveedores, buscando oportunidades de colaboración y alianzas estratégicas. Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para comprender las tendencias locales y las necesidades del cliente, tomando decisiones informadas para mantener nuestra ventaja competitiva. Gestionarás los aspectos financieros del negocio, incluyendo la ejecución de presupuestos, supervisión de estados financieros y maximización de la rentabilidad. Garantizarás el cumplimiento de todas las leyes y regulaciones locales, así como de las políticas y procedimientos internos de la empresa.

Requisitos: 

Experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo dentro del sector de Retail Moda en empresas Multinacionales Profundo conocimiento del mercado mexicano, centroamericano, y el Caribe, así como sus dinámicas comerciales. Pensamiento estratégico y habilidades analíticas sólidas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal. Capacidad demostrada para guiar y dirigir equipos hacia el logro de metas comunes. Compromiso continuo con el aprendizaje y la mejora personal y profesional.
