We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience in sales of logistics services or freight forwarder, advanced English proficiency is a requirement for this position, as there will be interaction with international customers.

Requirements:
- Inglés avanzado, escrito y hablado. Indispensable.
- Conocimiento profundo de la industria del transporte de mercancías.
- Experiencia profesional: Mínimo de 6 meses a 2 años de experiencia comprobable trabajando como Account Executive (Ground Freight) o Customer Service.
- Familiaridad con los procesos de transporte terrestre y expedición de mercancías.
Responsabilidades:
- Cultivar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave del sector del transporte terrestre de mercancías.
- Actuar como principal punto de contacto, atender las consultas e inquietudes de los clientes y garantizar su satisfacción general.
- Identificar oportunidades de upsell y cross-sell.
- Colaborar con los clientes para comprender la evolución de sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones que se ajusten a nuestros servicios de transporte terrestre.
- Dirigir las negociaciones de contratos, incluidas las condiciones, los precios y los acuerdos de servicio.
