That's why we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Spanish/English Customer Success Manager. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers and we are looking for a strong relationship-builder to join our team and take care of our American clients
Within the Customer Success department, you find Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Promote Specialists, and Onboarding Specialists, who are located in Sweden, Finland, Colombia, the US, and New Zealand .
- Implement and onboard new customers.
- Help our customers use Teamtailor at its full potential, with everything from integrations in our marketplace, and best practices to training opportunities.
- Work as a strategical advisor & goal-oriented for our customers.
- Work proactively with renewals.
- Build strong relationships.
- Find new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers, in the form of expansion sales, upselling/cross-selling.
- Track customer's accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
- Collect and analyze customers' feedback and present it internally
- Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction.

- Experience in HR or Recruiting
- Customer Success Experience
- Experience in project leading, especially complex projects
- Communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and negotiation skills
- Engaged, creative and solution-oriented
- Have the mindset willing to learn and try new things
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and rapidly- changing market
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Extra plus for French language
