An experienced individual in cold calling, prospection of potential clients, and leads creations. Able to acquire new business through previous customer relations. Experience in Ocean Freight/NVOCC environment.Verbal and written communication in English, patience, and customer service skills.

About the Position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

Retain and develop customers.Create new businesses in the region. Prospecting new customers and maintaining active customers.Negotiation to provide logistics solutions.Plan and manage your portfolio of accounts.Build rapport and trust with customers to be informed about the line of business in the market.Usage of networks and a variety of sales channels to collaborate with customers, marketing strategies, and fully offer the chain of logistics service providers to meet customer needs.Evaluate the type and size of customer needs.Customer visits (internal and external)

Work Schedule

9:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
