Main responsibilities:
The work of the plant packaging analyst consists of managing containers from clients and suppliers, their flow to the plant, design and evaluation of packaging standards, as well as updating client container inventories.
The main objectives of this profile are:
Schedule and monitor the maintenance plan for returnable containers of clients and suppliers. Register packaging standards in FCS/SAP for finished products and raw materials. Develop and design packaging standards for new projects. Update inventories of containers owned by the client. Reconciliation of container inventories with customers and suppliers. Management of the flow of containers from customers and suppliers to the plant. Follow up on the transit of clients and suppliers. Calculation of returnable container loops with clients and suppliers. Packaging cost optimization. Continuous improvement in standard packaging density. Creation and review of LPDS.Requirements:
Industrial engineering
1 to 3 years of production experience in a plant or industrial environment
