- Planificación y organización de la agenda diaria de la dirección.
- Asistencia a socios, directores y a diferentes areas de la empresa.
- Apoyo general Administrativo y Comercial.
- Seguimiento en procesos Comerciales con Asociados, Clientes, Prospectar y Cierres.
- Coordinación de viajes.
- Redacción de informes, reportes, traducciones y minutas.
- Resguardo y actualización constante de información.
- Coordinar el funcionamiento interno de la oficina.
- Generación y envío de OC, Reportes y Solicitudes de compra de insumos internos de la oficina para los temas de: papelería, cafetería, insumos sanitarios, impresoras,
- fotocopiadoras, equipos generales y solicitudes varias, así como la Adquisición y Administración de los mismos.
- Control de gastos de oficina y manejo de caja chica.
- Gestión y atención telefónica, vía correo y presencial a clientes, proveedores y colaboradores.
- Realizar los enlaces y direccionamientos de comunicación a través del conmutador.
- Actualización de directorio de conmutador.
- Seguimientos de paquetería y correspondencia (recepción, envíos, guías, etc.).
- Reporte de registros y atención de visitantes en las instalaciones, acorde a los procesos establecidos por la empresa.
- Supervisión del servicio de limpieza de las oficinas.
- Coordinación de montajes de salas de Junta.
- Inspección mensual de extintores de la oficina.
- Recorridos diarios en las instalaciones para generación de punchlist de temas a solucionar de las oficinas.
- Administración, solicitud y control de estacionamiento.
- Gestión de actividades generales de las oficinas remotas.
- Decoración de oficina en fechas espaciales del año.
- Planificación y organización de toda la información requerida para las reuniones o distintas

**Ofrecemos**:

- **Sueldo de 12,000 - 14,000 pesos netos.**:

- Horario de L-V 9:00 am - 6;00 pm
