Key Product Specialist Oncology - Puebla 

Your Tasks & Responsabilities:

• Actualizar y cumplir con su plan de reportes que le permitan obtener un fichero médico de acuerdo a su visita médica y administrativa

• Fomentar una buena relación de negocios con médicos prescriptores y referidores, asi como distribuidores farmacéuticos y personal administrativo de instituciones hospitalarias de gobierno y privado.

• Elaborar, organizar y presentar sus planes de acción, derivadas de su estrategia territorial, para cumplir adecuadamente sus objetivos de venta y visita médica por ciclo.

• Lograr una correcta segmentación y clasificación de médicos, hospitales y personal administrativo a través de la detección del potencial económico, prescriptivo e influyente, que le permita realizar mapeos de influencia institucional

• Proponer, diseñar y apoyar junto con el equipo extendido, esquemas de inclusión a cuadros básicos o catalogación de gobierno y privado para la extensión de nuevos negocios

• Analizar, sintetizar y presentar información de mercado, como precios, demanda por hospital, tácticas de la competencia, ventas, etc, hacia su gerente y equipo para la posible modificación o creación de actividades nuevas

• Estudiar y aplicar los conocimientos clínico-científicos de los productos a su cargo en diálogos inteligentes con los clientes de diferentes niveles.

• Fomentar su propio autoconocimiento, autoliderazgo y autodesarrollo para contribuir a los resultados de todo el equipo y sus resultados personales que le permitan crecer profesionalmente.

Who You Are:

Carrera: Lic. en Áreas Médico-Biológicas o Económico Administrativas. Senior 4 a 5 Experiencia comprobada como representante de ventas en la Industria Farmacéutica en áreas de medicina especializada tales como ONCOLOGIA, HEMATOLOGIA, REUMATOLOGIA Lectura e interpretación de estudios pivótales (estadística y científicamente) Inglés básico (lectura) Dominio de la composición y estructura del sistema de salud mexicano. Dominio intermedio de software Excel y PowerPoint
