How will you make an impact in this role?

The insurance team leader sales will be responsible for driving continued growth through a specific sales channel, including direct sales and telemarketing campaigns. The candidate will focus on implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the product and carrier objectives of the channel and ensure quality and compliance in each sale. This role requires day-to-day monitoring of the sales, daily sales trends, forecasting and make sure budget is according to cost per sale.

Responsibilities

·Lead digital/telemarketing channel to ensure daily, weekly & monthly sales volume and average premium per product, carrier and with quality.

·Daily management and monitoring of volume & quality leads, conversion rates of call center to make sure volumes and monthly goals.

·Define and implement channel strategy, provide output to perform better prospecting, and contribute to channel transformation to increase conversion in digital.

·Propose and implement initiatives to improve channel performance including training equipment performance and process improvements.

·Managing partner relationships, including negotiation, budget alignment and cost optimization.

·Ensuring local compliance and global Amex requirements and policies.

·Constantly monitoring, analysis of sales with details to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

·3+ years of proven experience leading digital & telemarketing channels.

·Analytical and strategic skills

·Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and quick tactics.

·Ability to work within organizational structures and decision makers.

·Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

·Fluent English and Spanish, excellent presentation skills

·Fast agile flexible and proactive learning.

·Focus on customer care and service.

·Ability to manage and execute multiple projects.

·Knowledge of the insurance business (preferred)
