Customer Service Manager- Automated Systems

Worldwide company leader in finishing Systems is looking for a Customer Service Manager.
Requirements
Academic studies: Electric Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10 years in the area of finishing systems, painting machinery, etc.
Language: Spanish and English advanced (Conversational)
Software: PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
Valid Passport & Visa for the U.S
Available for business trip
Main activities:
- Priortitize and handle initial customer service requests, including those related to warranty items.
- Maintain clear and effective communications with Project Managers and customers.
- Coordinate the activities of the field service personnel to optimize customer service.
- Provide qualified support personnel to the project Management promptly.
- Facilitate customer training by supplying necessary materials and personnel.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify cost-effective, successful solutions for service and startup issues.
- Ensure personnel assigned to project teams are skilled and capable of completing their work efficiently under the Project Manager guidance.
- Develops startup and service capabilities for all system components.
- Offer innovative concepts to enhance installation and service capabilities.
- Assume the role of Project Manager for Service and System Upgrade work.
- Analysis of technical aspects of the project installation startup and training activities identifying potential risks and taking necessary measures to ensure overall system performance.
- Use tools such as briefing meetings, installation schedules, startup checklists, prepared training material, focused problem-solving sessions, and description of operations to gather information.
- Review and approve all change orders to the contract with the customer and subcontractors for service work.
- Provide support to sales, estimating, and manufacturing as needed.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvent and develop installation and field tools that enhance customer service performance.
