Customer Service Manager

**We are seeking to recruit an experienced customer service manager having previously worked for loan-lenders, credit providers or debt collection agencies in Mexico.**
**Key Deliverables**
- Working closely with HQ in establishing annual targets and ensuring the delivery of KPIs.
- Team management of telephone/online based customer advisors, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Provide guidance to the potential customers - introducing the loan services we have on offer.
- Recruiting and training new agents.
**Essential Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a manager/leader for a Short-term loan or SOFOM business in Mexico.
- Comprehensive understanding of short-term loan solutions
- Start-up or scale-up experience.
- **Fluent and clear spoken English.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
