Todos los días, nos levantamos al desafío de hacer una diferencia y así es como el Virtual Pharmacy Advisor tendrá un impacto:
Generando Venta de los productos Viatris, a través de visitas, llamadas a los clientes, proyecciones de venta y seguimiento puntual con los Wholesales para el abasto optimo, gestión de las cuentas asignadas, negociaciones y NC, así como la sinergia con los KAM encargados de cada Wholesales.
Las responsabilidades clave para esta función incluyen:
Ser vínculo con los wholsales y clientes de farmacia.
Hacer cálculos de Nota de Credito y seguimiento de las mismas.
Calculo de estrategias mensuales para negociación con clientes.
Generación de venta y aseguramiento de stock.
Servicio al cliente, captura de pedidos y call center.
Generación de FCST mensuales acorde a la necesidad de cada cliente.
Ser vinculo con las diferentes ares (Fuerza de Ventas, Comercial, Marketing).
Las calificaciones mínimas para este rol son:
Licenciatura en administración de empresas, marketing.
Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint.
Experiencia en Planeación de ventas.
Experiencia en Costumer Service o Call Center.
Comunicación y escucha asertiva.
Enfoque en el cliente.
Orientado a resultados.
Auto aprendizaje.
Responsabilidad.
Agilidad al cambio.
Resiliencia.
Capacidad de análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo.
Disponibilidad para viajar.
