If these questions excite you, we want to know you Join us as our Operations Coordination Intern**What You'll Do as an Intern**You will be a part of the Americas Operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, and your exciting responsibilities will include:- Schedule Management: Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of Quality Control and Compliance services across the Americas, ensuring they align with client timelines and specifications.- Vendor Communication: Facilitate effective communication with vendors, factories, and inspectors to ensure timely service delivery.- Resource Planning: Strategically allocate resources based on service requirements, inspector expertise, and travel considerations.- Operational Support: Provide daily operational assistance to inspectors and suppliers, ensuring smooth process flow.**Qualifications****Your Profile**This role is ideal for you if:- You have recently graduated with a degree in International Relations, Operations Management, International Business, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics, and are seeking a 6-month internship to showcase your potential.- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
