The company, a leading Canadian sports equipment manufacturer with two plants in Canada, is expanding with its first operation in Mexico, located in Apodaca, Nuevo León. We are looking for a:**Production Supervisor****Requirements**:- Completed Bachelor's Degree.- Advanced English.- Minimum 2 years of experience.- Visa and passport.- Availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Friday.- Personnel management.- Gender indistinct.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor and ensure compliance with the indicators assigned to your area.- Distribute daily tasks to your work team.- Evaluate the performance of your work team, identifying the training needs of your areas.- Organize and participate in the training of new employees and in the continuous development of team members.- Promote a collaborative and positive work environment.- Comply with the Procedures and Instructions of the Quality Management System, participate in training corresponding to the processes.- Report anomalies / deviations within the processes.- Compliance with critical quality and process characteristics.- Participation in training, drills and safety talks.- Comply with the Procedures and Instructions of the Environmental Management System.- Participate in training on environmental prevention measures applicable to the organization.**Location**:Apodaca, N.L.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con Visa y Pasaporte vigente?- ¿Cuál es su expectativa salarial antes de impuestos (no libres)?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Production Supervisor: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés Conversacional (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
