**Short Description**:The scope of this job is to be responsible for support IM&S in Mexico and Andean Countries (Colombia & Peru) by being close to the stakeholders and Regional Categories Lead for all business within these countries. Will be accountable for the Global Procurement process, procedures, polices and training to ensure all the stakeholders are aware of them. Able to communicate in a clear way the boundaries of Global Procurement responsibilities through training. Thus, will have to work very close to the Mexico Service Center, to ensure that all the optimization process are in place and running in a good way. Identify opportunities to reduce transactional work. And will be responsible put in place RFI/RFQ and spot buy whenever is necessary.Objectives:Ensure that all requisitions and other purchase documents comply with established processes, policies and procedures;Review and update the process, procedures polices and training as agreed within the region;Support the transactional work reduction by using electronic tools, such as catalogs, punchouts, electronic bidDevelop with Service Center Mexico Dashboard for his/her region of responsibility.Identify opportunities for process improvements.Lead and develop the trainee who will be supporting his/her activities within the regionKeep the procurement share point updatedJob FunctionsNegotiate spot buy whenever is necessary to support the stakeholder, above Service Center trashold (USD 100K) following the Global Authorizations Limits and requiring approvals as appropriate;Collaborate strongly with stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with key Procurement Strategies;Build strong relationship with key stakeholder in order to better understand their needs and become a world class service provider;Have the access to all system within the region to be able to support as fast as possible any urgencyFollow and implement IFF code of business principles;Responsible to be compliance in 100% of the audits where rocurement is involved ;Work cross-functionally to ensure effective communication of requirements, efficient execution of sourcing projects, and compliance to IFF procurement policy;JOB DIMENSIONS:Responsibility by 3 countriesMexico4 Production sites1 Office - Administrative HeadquarterColombia1 Production site1 Office - Administrative HeadquarterPeru1 Productive site/AdministrativeQualifications and ExperienceRelevant SAP knowledgeFluency in EnglishMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Powe BI)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Negotiation Skills.Supply Chain Experience3 - 5 years’ relevant Indirect Procurement experience preferred**Job Requirements**:
