Here’s what you’ll be doing:- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and attract the best talent. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our recruitment process.- ** End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll work independently but also know when to seek guidance.- ** Stakeholder Updates**: Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates on recruitment progress. Use feedback to continuously improve our processes.- ** Problem Solving**: Partner with the Team Leader to create and execute recovery plans for tough recruitment challenges.- ** Data Analysis**: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to analyze data and generate reports that provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.- ** Social Media & Branding**: Use social media to boost our employer brand and communicate our Employee Value Proposition. Represent us at career fairs and other events.- ** Communication Skills**: Show off your strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, in various professional settings.- ** Market Research**: Attend industry events to conduct market research and share your findings with the team.We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple aspects of the recruitment process while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
