They are responsible for assisting the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking.****What you will do**- **Schedule logistics for external recruiting events.**- ** Confirm participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants.**- ** Send interview schedule and directions or teleconference instructions to all participants.**- ** Distribute requisite tools / templates to support the evaluation process.**- ** Manage / maintain all process documentation (if applicable).**- ** Create job requisitions / job postings.**- ** Referral program validation and / payout tracking.**- ** Confirm start date and communicate day one logistics to new hires.**- ** Initiate onboarding checklist for Hiring Manager.**- ** Initiate onboarding checklist activities for provisioning (IT, Facilities, Security, Training, Compliance).**- ** Initiate pre-employment checks with external vendor(s), monitor pre-hire due diligence timelines,** **and collect results.**- ** Review results of pre-employment due diligence testing.**- ** Supervise if there are issues flagged during the pre-employment process.**- ** Escalate any issues to appropriate decision makers.****Required Qualifications**- ** Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or relevant field.**- ** At least 1 year in HR functions.**- ** Experience working with LATAM market.**- ** Proficiency in English.****Preferred Qualifications**- ** Proficiency in Portuguese.**Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
