Apoyará las iniciativas de los equipos con los Key EmployeeMoments. También colaborarás con otros pilares de HRy los managers para actuar en la implementación de proyectos relacionados con el aprendizaje y el desarrollo, la experiência y el compromiso de los empleados, la cultura y la comunicación.**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- HR Front Face para un rol/área específica en todo lo relacionado con la operación de HR- Ejecuta los procesos asociados a KEMs en conjunto con el equipo de HR extendido- Identifica oportunidades y necesidades en la agenda de People y las dirige al HR Lead.- Colabora con HR Lead en proyectos de transformación del área a la que le da soporte de acuerdo a necesidad- Ejecuta procesos operativos y de compliance- Soporta a LM en los procesos de gestión de talento, BI CasesPrincipales actividades:- Inducción- Apoyo a LM en temas de gestión de talento- Apoyo en Movimientos Salariales, de área, de LM, etc- Terminaciones y licencias- Medidas Disciplinarias y CoBPs- Soporte y apoyo en el proceso APR E2E (comunicadores, despliegue, ejecución)- Atender consultas de los empleados relacionadas a RRHHComportamientos:- Priorizar y levantar la mano para pedir ayuda o comunicar riesgos- Ser capaz de apoyar en la construcción y ejecución un people agenda de impacto hacia el negocio**¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?****Experiência**- Licenciatura en Psicología, estudios sociales o afín.- 1 - 2 años de experiência en distintos procesos de Recursos Humanos**Habilidades**- Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, con capacidad para entablar relaciones a todos los níveles de la organización.- Excelentes aptitudes para la resolución de problemas, con capacidad para identificar y recomendar soluciones a cuestiones complejas de recursos humanos.- Gran atención al detalle, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades simultáneamente.- Proactivo y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente, con capacidad para asumir tareas y proyectos.
