Our lightweight yet durable corrugated solutions are purpose-built for shoot houses, force-on-force scenarios, live fire ranges and more. We exist to make advanced training safer, more accessible, and more realistic - without the high cost and complexity of traditional modular systems.**Role Overview**At American Range Walls, you’ll work directly with the co-founder to help manage and grow the day-to-day operations of the business. To start, this role spans sales support, customer service, supply chain coordination, and administrative operations. You’ll wear many hats and have a front-row seat to how a growing business runs. Over time, there’s room to specialize in the areas where you bring the most value - or simply enjoy the most.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, is confident working independently, and enjoys solving problems across many different parts of a business.**Core Responsibilities****Sales Support**- Guide customers through the buying process and place orders- Maintain CRM and lead follow-ups- Generate quotes and invoices- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse partners- Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery status- Follow up post-sale to gather feedback and drive satisfaction**Customer Service**- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries- Monitor and engage with social media comments, messages, and tags**Supply Chain & Purchasing**- Create purchase orders and confirm production timelines with manufacturers- Coordinate inbound shipments to warehouses**Accounts Payable**- Process and verify incoming invoices- Investigate discrepancies and request credits as needed**Administrative & Operations**- Organize and coordinate logistics for tradeshows and conferences- Track performance metrics and build simple KPI dashboards- Provide feedback and insights on marketing and customer communication strategies- Comfortable working remotely and independently- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful- Strong communicator and comfortable juggling multiple priorities- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is a plus- Experience with sales, customer support, or basic AP tasks is helpful but not required**Compensation & Work Environment**- Full-time, remote- Must work US business hours (roughly 8 AM - 4 PM Central Time; flexible)- Compensation depends on experience and scope of responsibilities- High-autonomy environment with direct access to leadership- No formal education or experience requirements**Opportunities for Growth**American Range Walls is a young and fast-growing company.
