AI Lead
What you’ll do:· Requirements meetings: conduct the meeting, trying to clarify client's expectations and provide technical advice, based on documents shown by client's leads.· Estimation: AI Lead, assisted by AI Experts, elaborate an offer document with efforts estimation (hours). He requires program manager ok about the proposal.· Offer review: He leads the meeting, giving a detailed explanation about the whole plan, and explaining possible risks.· Task allocation: He allocate tasks to the development team, according to project plan· Product delivery : He delivers product and conduct a demo to client.· Team needs: At least once a month has a meeting with Program Manager to alling team needs. Idealy, twice a month.· Global planning: He plans and has planning control.
