Join the Future of Pharma — We're Hiring Fenixfarma is a fast-growing, science-driven pharmaceutical startup.We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator (Internship) to join our team in Polanco, Mexico City. This full-time, on-site position and is available for immediate start.The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including assembling drug product and medical device dossiers.- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.- Coordinate regulatory submissions to relevant health authorities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory needs.Qualifications:- Expertise in regulatory documentation, submissions, and compliance requirements- Proven experience in regulatory affairs.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Experience assembling drug product and medical device dossiers (essential).- Experience with government tenders (a plus).- Pharmaceutical industry experience (a plus).We look forward to welcoming You to the Fenixfarma team**Job Types**: Full-time, InternshipPay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (preferred)Work Location: In person
