Understands implications on operate.- Has university degree and relevant coding skills using Python, SQL and the libraries within at least one Luminate solution- Has relevant knowledge in statistics and ML/AI algorithms, solutions, metrics and KPIs- Has relevant experience working with Azure blob storageTeam, perception- Can work in an agile team environment- Proactively asks for senior guidance and connects to other peers- Perceived as fast-learner and dedicated to tasksCustomer Interaction- Presents data and model stories to customers with limited support from senior peers- Perceived as expert in statistics and AI/MLPrimary FocusRequired:- 5 - 10 years Supply Chain Planning experience especially in supply planning and scheduling, ideally at a BY client or with a consulting firm.- Knowledge of business processes in SCM- Analytical/functional skills - Lead business process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project.- Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels- Ability to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environment- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultantsPreferred:- Working knowledge of BY Planning Solutions preferably in BY Demand and/or BY Fulfillment- Strong retail domain knowledge to understand how the BY solutions within the area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes.- Experienced in implementing advanced planning solutions from either BY, JDA, i2, Manugistics, Kinaxis, o9, SAP APO, Oracle SCM, and/or e2open/Steelwedge- Responsibility- 100% Execution- Activities- 70% operation of existing customers- 20% project implementations- 10% continuous improvement, sustainability, tool development, initiatives, cross-team collaboration, knowledge base, best practicesTravel Requirement- 50%Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
