Importante empresacon presencia a nível nacional y LATAM solicita:- **SALES SUPPORT**_ACTIVIDADES- Alta de nuevos clientes; recabar la documentación requerida.- Apoyo a cuentas (clientes finales); atención al cliente, brindar una solución o canalizar directamente con el KAM.- Alta de producto en portal del cliente y/o sistema.- Asegurar se cuente con la información completa por parte del área de compras para la creación de las fichas técnicas, dependiendo de la cadena.- Elaboración de propuestas de venta para el cliente.- Análisis de información de ventas.- Seguimiento a la venta, post-venta (desde la solicitud hasta la entrega del producto).- Solicitar a los clientes los soportes de la promoción, bajas, etc.- Comunicar las promociones y/o cambios de precio a los clientes.- Comunicar a los trainers las necesidades de capacitación, de acuerdo a los requerimientos del cliente.- Revisión con el área de compras el estatus de productos faltantes, de importación y movimientos entre almacenes.**Perfil**:- Licenciatura (titulados o pasantes) en Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Internacionales Relaciones Comerciales o afín.- Sistemas: Office, Mac iOS.- Manejo de portales de clientes de Retail (preferentemente).- Inglés intermedio.- Experiência en Ventas Ecommerce (Preferente)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $12,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Como calificas tu conocimiento de Excel (del 1 al 10)?Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
