Empresa del sector retail/consumo masivo busca un Head of Paid Media para liderar la estrategia de campañas digitales y la apertura de nuevos canales comerciales. Buscamos a un líder estratégico, estructurado y orientado a resultados, capaz de transformar la inversión publicitaria en crecimiento rentable y medible.**Responsabilidades principales**- Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc., enfocadas en performance y ROI.- Administrar el presupuesto de pauta digital, garantizando rentabilidad.- Liderar, desarrollar y motivar su equipo de especialistas.- Abrir y consolidar nuevos canales de venta en retail físico (ej. cadenas de conveniencia y consumo masivo).- Supervisar la gestión de proveedores y partners estratégicos.**Requisitos**- +5 años de experiência en marketing digital con especialización en Paid Media.- Experiência liderando equipos de al menos 2-3 personas.- Experiência en el manejo de presupuestos grandes.- Perfil estructurado, analítico y orientado a resultados.- Experiência en retail o apertura de canales comerciales (deseable).**Lo que ofrecemos**- Salario competitivo.- Rol estratégico de alta visibilidad dentro de la organización.- Proyectos de impacto directo en la estrategia digital y retail.- Oportunidad de crecimiento en una empresa en plena expansión.**Ubicación**: Santa Fe, CDMX (modalidad presencial/híbrido)**Postúlate y sé parte de un equipo en constante crecimiento
