We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Support- Asegura un nível de servicio de acuerdo a lo establecido en PLA (>80%)- Supervisa, califica y retroalimenta la calidad en las llamadas de soporte y entrenamientos durante las 5 auditorías por mes por agente que se realizan.- Lleva controles internos en cumplimiento a las políticas de accesos, escritorios limpios, resguardo de información y envio de correos a claves externas entre otros.- Mantiene una comunicación constante con Negocio en pro de la implementación y seguimiento de mejoras propuestas a partir de las necesidades del equipo onboarding.- Gestionar la operación del centro de soporte procurando un ambiente de trabajo óptimo que permita a los colaboradores desarrollarse y realizar sus labores con las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios.Elabora mensualmente reportes de resultados detallados para Negocio y Service Delivery.Principales Responsabilidades: Actividades clave y areas de toma de decisiones- Asegurar la alineación de los objetivos del área a los del Grupo- Supervisar y asegurar el estricto apego a procesos, políticas y contratos establecidos con las áreas de negocio de los procesos operados por el área.- Identificar oportunidades de negocio para incrementar la operación en el Hispanic Call Center- Mantener una constante comunicación con las áreas de negocio respecto al cumplimiento de metas en PLA- Análisis y prospección de procesos potenciales de migración o integración al área- Asegurar y promover canales de comunicación confiables y eficientes entre clientes internos y externos (áreas de negocio)- Desarrollo de la mejora continua para el óptimo desempeño de los procesos y proyectos.- Fomentar el desarrollo profesional del personal del área- Coordinación de proyectos con las áreas involucradas (IT, RH, Seg Log, Negocio) para la migración de procesos**Requirements**:**Conocimientos & Experiência / Calificaciones del Puesto**:- Licenciatura concluida en área económico administrativa o afin- Capacidad de síntesis- Capacidad de negociación y toma de decisiones- Inglés 50% Conversacional y escrito- Liderazgo- 100% Manejo de Personal- Capacidad de negociación y toma de decisiones- Capacidad de trabajo bajo presiónYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
