**Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, Enterprise Sales****Location**: Any Hub Location, Hybrid**About the Role**:In the role of Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, Enterprise Sales, you will- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.- Collaborate with supporting partners to compile comprehensive research, data, and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making.- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth and competitive advantage.- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.- Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.- Track and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives; Prepare reports and presentations to communicate strategy, plans, and performance to leadership, our organization, and other stakeholders.- Communicate insights and strategic plans to key stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams; Identify potential risks to the sales strategy and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.**About You**You are a fit for the role of Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst, Enterprise Sales if your background includes:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.- Proven experience in execution of sales strategy, operations, or a similar role within a corporate environment.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights; Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset- Demonstrated experience working in a flexible and agile environment- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage cross-functional projects.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms.
