Join our growing Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.**Better together than apart. **This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.**Position Responsibilities**- Initiate communication with customers to resolve past-due account balances.- Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.- Provide excellent customer service and support problem resolution.- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.**Minimum Requirements**- **Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).**- High school diploma or equivalent.
