We are a highly diversified property management company with a reach-in commercial, accidental landlord residential, and institutional investors in multi and single-family rental units. And we are looking for talent in all areas.**Responsibilities**:- Worked in a Property Management Workspace- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements- Scheduling screening calls and in-person interviews- Handle the day-to-day administration of recruiting responsibilities and processes to ensure all requirements are met and implemented effectively- Partner with hiring managers to gain a strong understanding of the business and respective talent requirements- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Recruiter; 2 years of recruiting experience preferred- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with ApplicantPro and Predictive Index/Culture Index is an advantage.- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc)- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite- Good organizational and time management skills- Self-starter and comfortable making decisions independently- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing- Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization- Fluent English (Read, Write, Speak)- High-speed internet connection- Availability to work in Central Standard Time
